Treating People (Not A Diagnosis)

People are humans to be supported, not problems to be solved. For me, it's that simple.

Therapy shouldn't be all about treating a diagnosis--stigmas are limiting and people don't belong in boxes. I see all kinds of people in my practice, including teens, parents, individuals, and couples, and for me, each person is a unique individual facing the common challenges we share as humans.

Anxiety, depression, fear of not being accepted, fear of not being enough, communication difficulties, not knowing how to truly be ourselves; and when it gets really tough, just wanting to escape--this is stuff everybody faces. What we need in these times is a safe space of understanding, support, and some real-life practical solutions.

My approach to therapy is down to earth. I meet clients where they are, and real is the only way I know how to be. I focus our sessions on practical steps and real-world solutions for these common human challenges we find ourselves in. Sometimes we need someone who can help us think outside our box so we can find our way to happiness and connection again.
